You are warmly invited to reserve your place at an intimate and transformative Women’s leadership by design retreat under the Tuscan sun in Lucca, Italy.

We are looking forward to coming together to do the deep work on life’s meaning and purpose, and to recognize the talents and beauty of transformative leadership that is undertaken by women.

We will consider together in inspiring locations throughout the city: What is true equality? What is our role of women in our families, place of work and society today? How do we relate, and build connection in ways that engenders inclusion and nudges the hearts we touch towards unity?

Reframing competition into relationship, women are lowering the barriers of entry as we move into arenas of sustainability, society building and meaningful change. In this forum we will learn and reflect on ourselves and our growth as part of a sisterhood that is regenerating society.

Why women? because, in many ways women are perennial- during studies, early career, as a mid career executive or moving into “post career” there are many “right and best” versions of ourselves. During these days of moving from knowledge to wisdom, we will reflect on and affirm previously unexplored future versions of us drawing upon the interweaving of:

Methods used Harvard/Wharton Business Schools and Stanford Design Lab, to delve into and define our personalized life designs integrating work, worship and service.

Skill building during this wellness and detox retreat for bringing out your inner strength into your fields of endeavor will include:
– Your leadership journey map – key events and learning
– Your mental model
– Leadership aspirations and goals
– Analyzing components of impact on 4 dimensions
– Personal growth and behavior mapping and goals
– Living your authentic brand
– Building your network and considering career options

Human centric knowledge drawn from our wisdom of lived experience and that of eastern and western faith traditions
Frameworks and serious thought on how freedom, power and ability to build community can move us into concerted together in all our spheres of action (family, with neighberhood or places of enterprise)
