Moneshia zu Eltz is an internationally respected leader in strategic transformation, innovation, and values-based leadership. With a degree in development Economics from Smith College and MBA from Wharton and honorary MBA from INSEAD, Moneshia has pursed a life and career oriented to positive transformation. With over 25 years of experience in global M&A, venture investing, and corporate growth strategy, she has held senior leadership positions at IBM, Philips, and Merck, shaping the future of technology and healthcare through strategic foresight and collaboration.

Building on her early career experience leading consulting engagement for Country Competiteness in Venezuela in the Forestry sector at Monitor Group (founded by Strategy guru Michael Porter), in 2018, Moneshia transitioned from her corporate career back to social impact to lead Volunteer Vision as interim CEO, a social enterprise using digital mentoring to advance women in the workplace and support refugee integration during Germany’s 2016 migration crisis. This marked a turning point in her career—from corporate leadership to purpose-driven impact.

Today, she is the founder of toAccompany, a platform committed to regenerative leadership, social innovation, and human development working with purpose driven leaders and organizations such as NOW Partners and the Global Alliance of Banking on Values. She is also an Adjunct Professor at EU Business School Munich, where she shares her expertise with the next generation of responsible business leaders.

On a personal note, Moneshia is offers retreats 4 times a year her home in Lucca, Tuscany, designed for individuals committed to social change, leadership, and inner growth. Initiated online during the pandemic, These gatherings unite changemakers— with carve out dedicated sessions for youth and women—who seek to weave a stronger social fabric by integrating technology, deep human connection, and strategic clarity.
